We want to tell you how pleased we are with the work Victor and Chris did on the installation if new tile in our shower. The work they did was beautiful! The shower is so beautiful that it has inspired us to have a new counters put in or guest and maybe the half bath downstairs.

We were impressed with their work ethic – they always arrived on time and worked through until it was time for them to leave.

The demolition work they did was outstanding. Victor and Chris were very careful to not damage the surrounding walls when they removed the old tile.

We couldn't believe how hard they worked. They ran up and down the stairs of our two-story house, even when carrying heavy buckets of broken tile and concrete. They were also quiet, which we appreciated. They concentrated on the job at hand quietly (except for the demo, which is understandable).

Lastly, we appreciated how nicely they cleaned everything up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. They cleaned the driveway every day – you couldn't even tell they had been there. When they were finished with the job, they vacuumed from the bathroom upstairs to the front door downstairs and wiped off the dust in the bathroom.

Thank you for sending Victor and Chris to do this job at our house. We couldn't be more pleased with their work, their professionalism and their personalities. It was a pleasure to have them in our home for the past four days. We will request them again if we have any work one in the future.

Mario was very pleased with the workmanship – he said his tile looks great! The installers know what they are doing. He appreciated the most that they were hard workers, when they worked and after their coffee, they didn't mess around, they worked and worked hard. He also was very impressed that when he had a question, they knew the answer.

Mr and Mrs Dias are very happy with their tile work and it was a privilege to receive this compliment from them.

Dina Willis came in to pay her bill. They are so excited just as Debbi said yesterday –

They have never worked with tile before – this is their first tile experience.  They are MORE THAN THRILLED!! She wanted to see Eddie to express all her appreciation, thankfulness, feelings, etc…

Her Words: “ we are so excited – we could not have had better company in our home, Tony and Guillermo were great”.

She loved Tony & Guillermo, she loved that he was so polite, professional, and took the time out when they had a question. He didn’t stop what he was doing either. He was able to answer their questions and still set his tile. He also whistles while he works (so does she). I cannot express the way she did – I have never had a customer come back with such excitement, and so pleased with EVERYTHING. She even could not believe that her porchwas not dirty with cement stuff. Her door mat was spotless! Her compliments went on and on.

This was a great couple to work with in the showroom. He is in a wheel chair and also worked with Robert Marks plumbing, even that went well for them. – he installed a permanent shower bench and all bars that were needed. Yesterday was his birthday and he could not wait to shower in his new shower – I talked with Dina this morning – and she said she had only one word to describe their first shower, “THERAPUTIC!” she said – Marla, you must think we are crazy! She is on her way to work and is so happy and relaxed!!!

We understand from the construction superintendent at Site 23 New George, Ted Narmore, that you have been instrumental in keeping the project moving forward. You are an exemplary contractor and a shining example of what can be accomplished with team work and a positive attitude.
